Omar Haedo, GBA - President and CEO
Omar Haedo is an entrepreneur with expertise in Employee Benefits and Health Plans. He is the owner of ELAN’s group of companies (ÎÛÎÛ½ûÇø Benefits Services, ÎÛÎÛ½ûÇø Reinsurance Services, and ÎÛÎÛ½ûÇø Benefits Florida).
As a successful entrepreneur, consultant, project manager, management coach, and strategic thinker, Omar is results and milestones-driven professional. He serves on the Board of Trustees for Houghton College and the Board of Directors for Immigrant Connection.
Omar graduated from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance, Computer Sciences, and Management, Summa cum laude.
Omar Andres Haedo - Senior Vice President
Omar Andres Haedo is the Senior Vice President at ÎÛÎÛ½ûÇø Insurance Group. Prior to this role, he led sales for ÎÛÎÛ½ûÇø Insurance USVI from 2019-2023, enhancing market presence and client relations. Earlier, he served as Franchise Agency Principal at GooseHead Insurance in Miami.
Omar graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Miami. His finance background and industry experience make him an asset to ÎÛÎÛ½ûÇø’s executive team.
Eddie Pagan - Vice President of Business Operations
Industrial Engineer and seasoned professional with over 20 years’ experience in operations management within the health insurance sector. He has held key roles in reputable organizations, including the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Puerto Rico (Triple-S Salud), where he served as Quality Improvement Manager managing key company projects and the Credentialing and Regulations
Director, among other positions.
Eddie plays a crucial role in optimizing operational efficiency and enhancing service delivery.
Jenny Borrero - Accounting Manager
Jenny Borrero is an accomplished accounting and finance professional with over 14 years of experience in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and team leadership. At ÎÛÎÛ½ûÇø Insurance Group, she leads budgeting, audits, and financial analysis, ensuring compliance with NAIC standards and internal controls.
Jenny has a strong background in ERS systems and financial strategy, with prior experience in both the insurance and service sectors. She holds a Master’s in Accounting and Financial Management from Keller Graduate School and a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Universidad Santiago De Cali, Colombia. Fluent in English and Spanish, she is committed to fostering collaboration and financial integrity at every level of the organization.
